Frequently asked questions
For peak season (July to October) we recommend booking 9 to 12 months ahead, as the best lodges and permits fill early. Off-season trips can often be arranged within a few weeks.
May to October (the dry season) gives the best game viewing around waterholes, with cooler days. The green season (November to April) brings dramatic skies, newborn wildlife and far fewer crowds.
Yes. We design family itineraries with shorter drives, child-friendly lodges and flexible pacing. Tell us your children's ages and we tailor everything around them.
Most of central and southern Namibia, including Sossusvlei, the Namib and the coast, is malaria-free. The far north (Etosha and the Caprivi) carries a seasonal risk, and we advise on precautions for your specific route.
Every quote is fully itemised: accommodation, listed meals, park fees, a private guide and vehicle, and all ground transfers. International flights and personal extras are excluded unless you ask us to arrange them.
A deposit secures your booking and the balance is due before travel. Our cancellation terms and free-cancellation window are always stated in writing before you pay anything.
